Course designers will share teaching methods and insights that will help parish teachers and pastors in Children's ministry and in the facilitation of teen and adult Bible Studies.
At the heart of the Church's tradition is the proclamation of the Good News in word and deed. Awareness of learning styles and the social, political and psychological development of learners is key to good teaching and learning. We will be reminded that Christ is the centre of what we do in sharing the Good News with children and learners of all ages. Learners in this course will be reminded of clear and creative communication patterns in order to reinforce the message of the Gospel. We will also explore how we can promote and be open to Reconciliation with Indigenous and Metis parish members and neighbours.
